Leablem is located near the east gate of Prontera standing on the sidewalk (Prontera,244,169). Seiyablem is inside the left room of the upgrade shop. If you enter from Morroc town just walk straight up from the portal until you run into him. Leablem is just a little north from the warp portal to Morroc. Seiyablem is at the lower left corner of the town. He is standing at the sidewalk before the garden entrance to Rekenber Corp.
Leablem is located near the center of the City.
He's standing very near to the entrance portal. Seiyablem is just below the upgrade/repair NPCs outside of the equipment shop. Depending on the item you wish to socket enchant, you will have to look for the locations of Seiyablem ( yellow marker in mini-map) or Leablem ( red marker in mini-map). There are two NPCs that will perform socket enchant. The chance of success is only dependent on the class of the item being enchanted and the luck of the person behind the computer. According to eAthena (Revision 14262), the NPCs in each towns are identical to each other in both appearance and functionality. The Socket Enchant NPCs are available in four towns.
